Description
This chart is in 11/4 subdivided into 3 bars of 3/4, and 1 bar of 2/4. Not nearly as scary as it sounds. Haha. The bridge stays in ¾ with solos over the same form for. A “loose” groove from the drums sets the feel for this mellow, somewhat haunting melody. This arrangement also features the rhythm section in a written unison/octave soli. An extended solo for Lead Tenor Sax is featured.
