Description
Written for the Nebraska "Young Lions" jazz ensemble, this blues in Eb is a medium swinger in the Basie tradition. The solo section is scored for tenor 1 but can be opened up for multiple soloists. Short soli passages for the saxes and the trombones are featured. Lead trumpet range extends to C above the staff; lead trombone to Ab above the staff.
