This chart has a soulful, bluesy vibe and features piano and guitar soloists. Although scored with a bass clarinet double in the bari part, there is an optional bari-only part available. Trumpets double flugelhorns. Brass ranges are generally moderate. Written for the Iowa Jazz Composers Orchestra.
