Description

As recorded on the album New Juju by Christopher Merz and Shorter Stories. Originally appearing on the album The Big Beat by Art Blackey and the Jazz Messengers, the tempo is jacked up to 240 bpm on the recording, and starts with a bold statement by the horn section alone. Solos for any instrument. Shorter Stories routinely uses this one asa concert closer.
