Description
As recorded live by Mats Holmquist, Randy Brecker and the Upper Austrian Jazz Orchestra (studio recording is planned to be released in 2025). Hello to the Wind is recorded on the album: "The Woody Shaw Concert Ensemble - at the Berliner Jazztage". It's a great and very unconventional composition with many different sections that takes the listener on an exciting journey. There is both a woodwind - and a sax soli, several tuttis and solos for trumpet, guitar and piano. Holmquist uses very colorful arranging that matches the composition. A very beautiful chart.
