Description

This medium swing tune was composed with the mindset of "What if Thad Jones had written Hayburner?"  It features an opening piano solo as well as solos for trumpet and alto 1 on fairly standard chord changes in F.  There is an extended saxophone soli that is challenging but playable as well as an exciting ensemble shout, both in the style of Thad Jones.
