Description
Like the rhythms of Africa which have shaped the music of our world, this piece celebrates the significance of each person in affecting positive change in the lives of those around them. Commissioned by Dr. Gene Aitken for the 2010 UNC/Greeley Jazz Festival, One Voice is based upon a traditional African folkloric guaguanco and features bari sax and trombone.
