Description
ONward and UPward was commissioned by the 2018-2019 Long Beach Polytechnic High School Jazz Band - Chris Stevens, director. It is a high-energy "Fusion" shuffle with solo opportunities for Soprano Sax 1, Tenor Sax 3, Guitar, optional Violin and optional VIbes. It is the title selection onf the Whitney Center Jazz Orchestra's new recording (to be released in 2021).
