Description
This piece is dedicated to all of the victims of the 2020 pandemic. It begins with a brief question and answer between the flutes and 1st trumpet (question) and winds and brass (answer). The main theme is passed around the ensemble in 5 sections in contrasting keys. A bass and trombone solos follow with backgrounds. A fugue like section builds to a brief drum feature at the end.
