One of my fondest memories directing middle school bands was the propensity of my young drummers to rush the rock style fills at the end of a 16-beat phrase, reducing it to a 15-beat phrase. Sweet 15 solves that problem by intentionally dropping a beat every four measures with a 3/4 bar!
