I hope you enjoy this collection of compositions culled from my releases on SteepleChase. It was a real challenge to determine exactly which charts to include. I tried to present a variety of pieces, encompassing everything from a simple lead sheet, freer works, to some more complex, through-composed pieces. It is important to listen to the original recordings to truly understand the intent for each piece. The sheet music can only convey so much. To get the correct feel and overall concept, the recordings are very helpful.
